Benjamin J. Koval founded SoundPath Retirement more than a decade ago with a goal to use his experience to give pre-retirees and retirees a better chance at achieving their post-career dreams. He holds his MBA, his CFP® designation and a Series 65 registration, giving him the ability to help clients in nearly every aspect of their lives with holistic financial plans. Ben places his family above everything in his life and believes each person who walks through the doors of SoundPath Retirement Strategies deserves the same treatment. He welcomes them with open arms, and he will always put their needs first. In his free time, Ben enjoys playing recreational basketball. He is also active in his community, volunteering at his church and coaching youth sports teams.

Matt Lybarger, MBA

Matt Lybarger is a Series 65-registered investment advisor representative with SoundPath Retirement and has more than 10 years of experience as a business consultant in the technology and medical sectors. He also has his master’s in theology as well as an executive MBA in finance and advanced corporate level strategy with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. He is a natural outside-the-box thinker, which lends itself perfectly to his abilities as a financial advisor with us at SoundPath Retirement. He’s extremely passionate about finding a custom solution to any problem that might arise with a client, and he looks forward to each opportunity to address a new issue. In Matt’s spare time, he enjoys playing music, golfing, riding his motorcycle and watching Seattle sports.
